Come and express your self and play with paint!
In 2016, I began my expressive arts journey. My partner was ill and I needed a space just for me. This space was somewhere safe, where I could show up to play, create and nourish myself. I found that if I focused on painting, making collage or simply playing with colours, my mind eased and I found joy. After my partner passed away, art cradled me. Along with my spiritual practice, it has been a constant resource and allows to express myself, through the emotional tides of life, love and loss.
Colour has always been my element. My Asian mother wore bright magenta, purple and gold.
I taught crystal healing for 20 years and now I love to create abstract paintings with watercolours, acrylics, inks and markers.
I believe that creativity is the language of our soul and that it needs a space to be nurtured.
Give your self the gift of time and space to create and let your self light up!
Drop me an email to join in the next session of expressive arts, if this speaks to you.
I will provide a safe space where you can embrace your creativity just where you are.
My invitation is for you to show up, play, explore and fall in love with the process.
Pick up a brush and indulge in some playtime!
You will be supported through warm ups and creating art, choosing juicy colours and playing!
There is no "right" or "wrong" and it doesn't matter if you have never painted before or are a seasoned painter.
I shall be offering in-person small group workshops from mid-January 2024....yay!
These will be for women, in my cosy studio at home, in Bounds Green N13.
